What we're working on...

For our third Emerging Topic Series Session of the year we welcomed SEWRPC for an overview and equity analysis of VISION 2050 - the region's land use and transportation plan. If you were unable to make it feel free to view the recording here.

On August 6 we partnered with the
City of Milwaukee Budget Office for an overview of the City's budget development process and new opportunities for input and engagement. You can watch a recording of session here and weigh in on the 2021 budget by taking the Budget Priority Survey and using the Balancing Act Budget Simulation Tool.

UEDA and Walnut Way are continuing to work together on developing opportunities to explore cooperative ownership in Milwaukee. We plan to engage regional entities as well as some from out of state to share best practices and deliver programming that can help those interested in forming co-op's in their own community. Stay tuned for an announcement from us in the next few weeks!
